This month we have found someone quite special, coming from Italy.

His name is Andrea Pompilio, he launched his start-up men’s collection in 2010 and in the last two seasons he presented his collections at Pitti Immagine Uomo in Florence, acclaimed by buyers and press, specially after he won the 2011 edition of WHO IS NEXT? UOMO.

Why all this succes? Just have a look of his collections, they will explain everything for him.

He has all it takes to succeed in this job: taste, self confidence, independence, ambition, and the cheeky attitude of the young Italian guy that can really help. Andrea’s collections are the morror of his way of life and his personality: good eye for colours and combination of prints, attention for details, high quality of materials and a healthy touch of boldness that also comes from a knowledge of the international style, that lets him ‘play’ with the rules of the Italian tradition of making clothes by adding something more…relaxed and fun.

And the lastest few positive years are the visible and tangible proof that this is the winning combination!

Pompilio’s A/W 13.14 collection, presented last week at Pitti Immagine Uomo, seems again a really big success: who would have thought that squares and dots work so wonderfully well together?

Big well done, Andrea Pompilio!
